Equinox Capital, Inc. Announces the Appointment of a Principal

GREENWICH, CT – (December 15, 2004) Equinox Capital, Inc. announced today that Michael Novoseller has joined the firm as a Principal.  Mr. Novoseller will be principally responsible for the analysis of investment opportunities and monitoring of existing portfolio companies.

Mr. Novoseller has joined Equinox from Indosuez Capital, where he was a Vice President and Principal in the Merchant Banking group.  At Indosuez, Mr. Novoseller invested capital in private equity, mezzanine debt, senior loans and limited partnerships on behalf of Crédit Agricole Indosuez and Suez Industrie.  Mr. Novoseller earned a B.S. in Economics, with concentrations in Finance, Strategic Management and Information Systems, from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
