Steven C. Rodger

Founder

Steven C. Rodger is the founder and Managing Partner of Equinox Capital and is responsible for the firm’s investment activities, resource allocation, portfolio oversight and administration. Mr. Rodger has over 21 years of private equity investment experience and has been responsible for numerous acquisitions and dispositions. Prior to founding Equinox, Mr. Rodger was a Principal of Bessemer Securities Corporation, a leading private equity firm. Prior to Bessemer, Mr. Rodger worked in the Mergers and Acquisitions department of Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. and the investment banking department of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette Securities Corporation. Mr. Rodger holds a B.A. from the University of Virginia and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Gregory S. Czuba

Managing Director

Gregory S. Czuba is focused on analyzing and, in conjunction with senior management, helping to develop strategic and operational improvements for portfolio companies. Mr. Czuba also plays a key role in monitoring investments.  Prior to joining Equinox Capital, Mr. Czuba served as CEO of Cushcraft Corporation, VP of Celient Corporation, President of Remec Wireless and a Senior Director of Hughes Network Systems. Mr. Czuba holds a B.S. and M.S. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Donald J. Donahue, Jr.

Managing Director

Donald J. Donahue, Jr. is responsible for sourcing, evaluating and monitoring investments.  Prior to joining Equinox Capital, Mr. Donahue founded and served as President of 1st Worldwide Financial Partners, which provides full service institutional and retail brokerage to money management professionals, as well as middle market investment banking services. Prior to 1^st Worldwide, Mr. Donahue was a Managing Director at Banc One Capital Markets and was head of Capital Markets for the Midwest at Salomon Smith Barney.  Mr. Donahue holds a B.A. from Georgetown University and an M.B.A. from New York University’s Stern School of Business.

Patrick. J Donnellan

Managing Director

Patrick J. Donnellan is responsible for analyzing, evaluating, structuring and exiting investments as well as monitoring portfolio companies.  Prior to joining Equinox Capital, Mr. Donnellan was a principal at Booz Allen Hamilton.  He holds a B.S. from Bates College and an M.B.A. from Carnegie Mellon University.
